About the event
After departing from Highfield Rd at 0700 prompt we head to this beautiful reserve enjoying a comfort stop en route.
On arrival at the reserve we park at the end of the entrance road before a short walk to the visitor centre.
There are several different routes that can be taken from here but we will focus on spring migrants such as Chiff Chaff, Willow Warbler, Redstart, Pied Flycatcher and possible sightings of Osprey along the estuary.
As always we never know for sure what we will see.
Bring a packed lunch as there is no cafe on site.
