About the event
We meet in Highfield Road B15 3DU as usual for a prompt departure at 0700.
There will be a short comfort stop on the journey.
St Aidan’s provides a variety of habitats and a good selection of birds. Kingfisher is possible as are Bearded Tits. There is usually a good selection of wildfowl and waders too. The resident Little Owl may or may not decide to put in an appearance!
There is a small coffee shop that has a limited selection of cakes and sandwiches on offer from where there is an excellent view over the reserve.
