About the event
Welsh oak woodland, wet grassland and salt marshes make this a fascinating reserve to visit.
Plenty of spring flowers should also be blooming.
Resident Lapwings and Water Rails should be seen against a background of drumming Woodpeckers.
We will hope for some spring migrants Chiffchaffs, Willow Warbler, Redstart etc.
Sometimes we are lucky enough to get a glimpse of the famous breeding Osprey on the estuary.
